| Join the American Radio Relay League: If you're not yet a member of the American Radio Relay League, (ARRL), the national organization for Amateur Radio, you'd be well advised to join. The ARRL, or "the League," as it's oft referred to, spends all its time in furthering the interests of us hams through public information campaigns to get our story told; updating us on technical, legislative and other matters through "QST" magazine (free with membership!); working with agencies we serve in emergencies, like the Red Cross; and myriad other ways. Without the League, there'd be no Amateur Radio, and that's a fact. Print out the form and fill it out, then hand it in to any OCRA officer along with the appropriate remittance, and we'll see it gets sent in!
